We opened SERVPRO^® of Northwest Dayton over ten years ago in 1997. SERVPRO^® of West Dayton/Preble County was added in 1999. We are proud members of the SERVPRO^® franchise system which now numbers over 1,300 franchise territories nationwide. As a SERVPRO^® franchise business we have the expertise and support of SERVPRO^® Industries, an exceptional award-winning national cleaning and restoration company. At the same time, we are independently owned and operated and therefore small enough to know you personally, assist with your regular cleaning needs, wet electronics cleaning, and be there to help with emergencies, water or fire restoration, and mold remediation.

We started with one van and a handful of equipment in Brian's garage and basement in 1997.

In early 1998, we leased a facility on off Hoke Road. It had 600 square feet of office space and 2,400 square feet of cleaning and storage area which we soon outgrew. We leased additional storage bays of 6,000 square feet until we built a new facility. Our new complex has 3,000 square feet office space and 9,000 square feet cleaning and storage bay area plus an additional 5,000 square feet of vertical storage. Construction began in March 2003 on the land we had purchased a couple years earlier on Jacks Lane.

We took occupancy of the new facility in October 2003. We now have more than enough space for large fire and water damage move-outs including room to clean and store your home or building contents while reconstruction of your residence or business building is being done.

In 2007 we expanded into a vacant 3,000 square foot bay section of the new building. An interior area of approximately 1,800 square feet was modified and equipped for wet electronics cleaning. The remaining 1,200 square feet is now our training and conference center.

Today we have water, fire, mold, electronics, and constructions crews manning three box trucks and two vans with truck mounts or portable extractors, three utility trucks, 80 industrial air movers, 25 desiccant and refrigerant dehumidifiers, 9 air scrubbers, a soda blaster, a mobile heating and power unit, two upholstery cleaners, a de-ionized water electronics cleaning station, an electronics drying chamber, an ultra sound cleaning machine, an ozone machine, a thermo fogger and a photo catalytic oxidizer. The investment in equipment is extensive. Besides our own assets, we have arrangements with local and national suppliers for temporary use of equipment. We also can bring in other SERVPRO^® crews and temporary labor. Thus, no job is too small or too large for us to handle!

SERVPRO^® of Northwest Dayton also offers in-house construction services (finished carpentry, wallboard, painting) and has pre-qualified an array of subcontractors in the greater Dayton area to work on our SERVPRO^® restoration jobs. This enables us to provide one-stop shopping services to take the hassle out of recovering from water, fire or mold losses. In doing so we contact all the trade specialist, arrange schedules, inspect their work, and provide a unified invoice.
