The facility has 3,000 square feet of
office and reception area space. This includes six individual offices, a reception
area office, two rest rooms, a conference room, and a kitchen.
The facility has 9,000 square feet for
move out storage, bay cleaning area, storage of equipment and indoor parking
of trucks. This area includes two chemical rooms, an equipment and tool lockup,
a rest room and a sealed ozone treatment room. The bay area has an additional
5,000 square feet of vertical storage for content move outs.
The second bay area is 3,000 square feet. It has
a 1,200 square feet training facility
complete with restrooms, kitchen and audio visual equipment and an additional
1,800 square feet wet electronics
cleaning area including a high temperature, low humidity drying chamber.
